Support and case management up to the end of proceedings
One of our experienced caseworkers will review and assess your case, including court orders, reports and background documents. We will gather any further information required before advising how best to proceed and conduct regular comprehensive reviews including further telephone consultations throughout your case.
We will:
- • Draft and manage all court applications, including Child Arrangements Orders, Prohibited Steps orders, Specific Issues orders and Non-Molestation orders
- • Manage all correspondence between yourself and the other party whilst giving expert advice based on our experience dealing exclusively with high conflict family law cases
- • Prepare all statements and responses within the proceedings and guide you through the process every step of the way
- • Advise how to conduct meetings with CAFCASS (Court Advisory Service)
- • Provide support at court for hearings
Most importantly, we will offer you emotional support throughout what we know can be an extremely stressful process, which is why we include a dedicated weekly online support group managed by an experienced therapist, as part of our service. Access to this is completely optional and provides a support network where you can meet other fathers going through the same experience.
